Guided Reprogramming

What If You Didn’t Have To Do This Part Alone?

Seeing your subconscious programming is one thing.

Changing it is a different kind of work.

Some people learn the Reflection Method™ and work through it on their own.

Others would rather have someone walk them through it.

Guided Reprogramming is six private sessions across twelve weeks, working through your programming with me, one program at a time.

Why Does Knowing About It Not Change It?

Most people can eventually see what keeps repeating in their relationships.

Some can even name it.

But naming it doesn’t stop it.

That’s because your programming isn’t in your thoughts. It’s underneath them.

It was running before you noticed anything, and it will keep running until something changes it.

Understanding your programming and changing your programming are two different things.

One Program, All The Way Through

Most of what you believe about yourself was taught to you before you were old enough to question it.

Not in lessons.

In repetition.

Whatever you learned back then, you learned for a reason. It worked at the time.

It’s still running now.

Anything you learned can be replaced. That’s what this work does.

We take one program — whichever one is costing you the most right now — and carry it all the way through before we add another.

Find it.

We start with something that actually happened in one of your relationships. Then we follow the feeling backward, through earlier relationships, until we reach the first time you remember it. You’ll leave with it named in your own words.

Break it down.

Your subconscious holds that early moment the way it happened. The younger version of you in it never got to learn anything you’ve learned since. We go back and give them the love and understanding they needed then. Some people call this inner child work.

Build new programming.

Then it moves into your everyday life. You’ll learn to catch your programming while it’s running instead of a week later, and to respond the way you want instead of the way you were taught.

What Twelve Weeks Looks Like

Six sessions across twelve weeks. Not twelve weekly calls.

The sessions are spaced on purpose. Most of this work happens between them, in your everyday life. The gaps are where you practice, and each session picks up whatever actually happened.

Session 1 — Origins. 90 minutes.

We find two or three of your programs and trace them back to where they began. You’ll leave with them named, and we’ll choose the one to work first.

Session 2 — Inner child work. One week later.

I’ll walk you through connecting with your younger self at the time the programming began, and giving them what they needed. You’ll know when it lands. It’s a feeling, not an idea.

Session 3 — What’s Actually Happening

Two weeks of real life have gone by and the old feeling has come back. It always does. We look at where it showed up, what you did, and what got in the way.

Session 4 — Creating New Programming

Catching your programming while it’s running instead of a week later. Choosing your response instead of repeating the one you were taught.

Session 5 — Real Life, And A Second Program

We take something happening right now and work through it together. Then you run the whole process on a second program, with me there.

Session 6 — On Your Own

You take something new, start to finish, and I stay quiet unless you need me.

What I Can Promise You

By the end of twelve weeks, you’ll know what programming has been running your relationships, where it began, what sets it off, and how to interrupt it.

You’ll have practiced it with me until you can do it without me.

What I can’t promise is the change itself.

This works when you do the work between sessions. It isn’t much. About fifteen minutes a day, and paying attention when something gets under your skin.

But it has to be you doing it.

My job is to make sure you know exactly how, and that you’re not doing it alone.

One Of The First People I Did This With

Emma is my daughter and she is one of the first people I did this work with.

I’ve been using the Reflection Method™ to find my own programming for over a year.

Like most people, I thought my problems were caused by the other people in them.

What I found instead is that the way other people make me feel is what shows me the programming I carry with me everywhere I go. I’ve been able to trace that programming back to where it started when I was a child.

I’ve used the same process with my partner, so they can see their own programming too. We have fewer arguments now and more discussions.

The inner child work is what’s helped me create new programming, and it’s been working. I’ve seen real changes in my relationships since I started applying this to my life.

— Emma, DJ’s daughter

Do You Need Me For This?

Honestly, not everyone does.

The Curriculum teaches you the complete Method, and plenty of people can work through it themselves.

The difference with working together is experience.

When you connect two dots, I know what else to look for. I may recognize another pattern worth exploring, or know where to look next based on what you’ve already uncovered.

Guided Reprogramming makes sense if:

  • You’ve tried to work on this before and it didn’t stick
  • You’d rather have someone walk you through it than read about it
  • You want someone who will notice if you stop

The Curriculum makes sense if:

  • You want the complete Method at your own pace
  • You’d rather work through it on your own time
  • $397 is the right place to start

Not sure yet?

How This Starts

It starts with a 30-minute call.

We’ll look at what keeps repeating for you, and I’ll show you how this works by doing part of it with you. Not by describing it.

You’ll leave that call with something real whether or not you decide to work with me.

If it’s a fit, Guided Reprogramming is $2,500, or three monthly payments of $900.

I’ll email you a secure payment link after the call so you can pay on your own time. No hard sales tactics.

If you’ve had an Origins Session in the last 30 days, that $247 comes off the price.

DJ is a coach, not a licensed therapist, and The Reflection Method is not therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or dealing with trauma that needs clinical care, please work with a licensed professional.

Questions People Ask

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy often works on understanding what happened to you, and it’s led by someone licensed to treat mental health conditions. This is narrower. We find one program, trace it back to where it began, and change it. I’m a coach, not a therapist. If I think you need one, I’ll say so.

I’ve already done years of therapy. Why would this be different?

Knowing your story doesn’t change your programming. Plenty of people can explain their childhood in detail and still do the same thing every time. This works on the part underneath the explanation.

What if I can’t remember much of my childhood?

That’s common, and it isn’t a problem. We don’t need your whole history. We need one moment, and we find it by following a feeling you can reach right now.

What if I do the work and nothing happens?

You’ll know early. Session 2 creates a physical response when it lands. If it doesn’t, we work on it in session 3 instead of moving forward.

Do I need to take the Curriculum first?

No. It’s included.

Is this a call every week?

No. There are six sessions across twelve weeks, not twelve calls. Session 1 and Session 2 are a week apart. After that they’re spaced two to three weeks.

Why aren’t the sessions weekly?

Because the part that changes your programming happens between sessions, not during them. You need real life to happen in between — something has to set your programming off so you can practice catching it. Weekly calls would mean showing up with nothing to work on. The weekly check-ins keep us connected in between.

How much time does this take?

Six sessions over twelve weeks, plus about fifteen minutes a day.
