These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LifeEqualsLove.com and the products and services offered by Odyssey Consulting LLC, doing business as Life Equals Love (“Life Equals Love,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing, accessing, or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies incorporated into them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in our paid products and services.
By purchasing or using a paid product or service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Life Equals Love may offer products and services including:
The Reflection Method™ curriculum
Private Reflection Sessions
The Emotion Decoder
The Reflective Collective
Educational videos and materials
Coaching and personal-development services
Other related products, tools, programs, or services
Features, availability, and pricing may change over time. Changes will not retroactively alter the material terms of a completed purchase except where permitted by law or agreed to by the customer.
3. Educational and Coaching Nature of Services
The Reflection Method and related services are provided for education, coaching, self-observation, and personal development.
They are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or another licensed healthcare service.
Participation does not create a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
Our Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms.
4. Accounts
Certain products and services require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Accounts are for individual use. You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide another person with access to your account or purchased materials without our written permission.
You agree to provide accurate account and purchase information and to update it when reasonably necessary.
5. Purchases and Payment
Prices and material payment terms will be presented before purchase.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the amounts you affirmatively agree to at checkout.
Certain products may include recurring billing. Recurring charges will not be initiated unless the applicable recurring price, billing frequency, and material renewal terms are disclosed before enrollment and you authorize the recurring arrangement.
6. Reflection Method Curriculum
The Reflection Method curriculum is a digital personal-development program.
When offered as part of the purchase, the Reflection Method curriculum includes three months of access to the Reflective Collective.
The included three-month period begins on the date the curriculum is purchased, regardless of when you begin or complete the curriculum.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Reflective Collective Membership
When included with the Reflection Method curriculum, the Reflective Collective is provided for the first three months as part of the curriculum purchase.
After the included three-month period, the Reflective Collective automatically renews at $39 per month until canceled, provided you authorized the recurring membership at checkout.
You may cancel future renewal at any time, including during the included three-month period.
If you cancel during the included period, you retain access through the remainder of the three months included with your curriculum purchase and will not be charged the subsequent $39 monthly membership fee.
If you cancel after paid monthly membership has begun, cancellation prevents the next renewal charge and you ordinarily retain access through the end of the period already paid for.
There is no cancellation fee.
Cancellation of Reflective Collective membership does not cancel or refund your Reflection Method curriculum purchase.
8. Private Reflection Sessions
Private Reflection Sessions are scheduled services reserved for a specific date and time.
You are responsible for attending your scheduled session and arriving on time.
Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Optional Session Recording
Private Reflection Sessions may be recorded so that you can privately revisit your session afterward.
Recording is optional.
You may decline recording without losing your ability to participate in the Private Reflection Session and without changing the service you receive.
We will obtain permission before recording your session.
If you consent to recording, the recording is intended for private access associated with your session and will not be published or used publicly merely because you agreed to recording.
Public Use
Consent to record a Private Reflection Session for private use does not give Life Equals Love permission to publish, advertise, distribute, or publicly use the recording.
Public use of an identifiable Private Reflection Session requires separate permission through an applicable PRS Public Media Release.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Purchases are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
For the Reflection Method curriculum, refund eligibility ends when either:
Seven calendar days have passed from the original purchase date; or
You access or begin Stage 1, Lesson 2 or any later curriculum lesson,
whichever occurs first.
Access to Foundation lessons and Stage 1, Lesson 1 does not by itself end refund eligibility during the seven-day refund period.
Cancellation of future Reflective Collective renewal is independent of curriculum refund eligibility.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Emotion Decoder
The Emotion Decoder is a personal-development and self-observation tool that allows you to organize information concerning your experiences, relationships, memories, emotions, and observations.
You retain ownership of information you submit.
You grant us permission to host, store, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that information as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.
Information About Other People
The Emotion Decoder is not intended to require or collect another person’s full legal name.
Do not enter another person’s full legal name into the Emotion Decoder.
You may instead use a first name, initials, nickname, relationship label, or made-up name. The identifier only needs to allow you to understand whom you are referring to.
You are responsible for the information you choose to enter.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials provided through Life Equals Love are owned by or licensed to Odyssey Consulting LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes, without limitation, The Reflection Method™, curriculum, frameworks, exercises, written materials, videos, graphics, worksheets, prompts, training materials, website content, branding, and proprietary aspects of the Emotion Decoder.
Your purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased materials for your own personal use.
Unless we provide written permission, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, commercially teach, commercially exploit, publicly upload, share access to, or create commercial derivative products from our proprietary materials.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
12. Community Conduct
Participation in the Reflective Collective or other community features requires respectful interaction.
You may not use our services to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or intentionally harm another person; distribute unlawful material; interfere with the operation of our services; attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems; or improperly collect or distribute another person’s personal information.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, our services, or our business.
13. Community Privacy
Members should respect information shared by other participants.
However, we cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
You should use discretion when deciding what personal information to share in community spaces.
14. Testimonials, Demonstrations, and Public Content
Life Equals Love may publish testimonials, demonstrations, client stories, or recorded sessions when appropriate permission has been obtained.
An identifiable Private Reflection Session will not be publicly used based solely on your purchase of a session, acceptance of these Terms, or consent to private recording.
Individual experiences, testimonials, and demonstrations do not guarantee that another person will experience the same results.
15. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features of our website and digital services.
We will make reasonable efforts not to materially deprive customers of products or services they have already purchased and remain entitled to receive.
We do not guarantee that digital services will always operate without interruption or error.
16. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, website hosting, video hosting, scheduling, email, communications, analytics, and other technology.
Third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
17. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website, products, tools, or services to violate applicable law; gain unauthorized access to systems or data; distribute malicious software; interfere with our services; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or facilitate unlawful conduct.
18. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, abuse of other participants, misuse of our intellectual property, attempts to compromise our systems, or conduct creating a material risk to our users or business.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations arising before termination.
19. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee particular results from any product, service, coaching relationship, curriculum, community, exercise, Private Reflection Session, or digital tool.
Personal-development outcomes vary.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and application of information provided through our services.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Odyssey Consulting LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchased product or service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Odyssey Consulting LLC and its representatives from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of our services, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our products, services, business, or legal obligations change.
The current version and effective date will be posted on LifeEqualsLove.com.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes affecting existing customers or paid services.
24. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Cancellation & Refund Policy, applicable purchase terms, and any other agreement specifically applicable to a service constitute the applicable agreement between you and Odyssey Consulting LLC concerning your use of our services.
